As a jewelry designer, you simply send us an original prototype or an existing mold and we can produce multiple finished copies of that piece.
Our normal production process is complete "start to finish" and includes wax injection, sprueing, metal casting, desprueing, hand finishing and tumble finishing. Final finish is your choice of oxidized or non oxidized, satin finish or bright steel shot. Hand polishing is available for both 14K and 18K gold.
We cast in Pewter, Brass, Bronze, standard Sterling Silver, Non-ox Sterling Silver, 14K and 18K.
Complete mold making services are available. We make molds of both vulcanized organic and silicone Castaldo rubber as well as RTV.
Findings can be welded on your piece for a nominal fee. Common findings such as earring posts, tie tacks and many different lengths of three piece pins (hinge, clasp and pin stem) are always in stock. We use a powerful commercial welder which is far superior to the smaller "Sparkie" type.
